Meet Jasmine
Jasmine is a Registered Psychologist and the founder of Liberated Minds Psychology, where she works with adults aged 18 and over to overcome a range of mental health challenges. Using a person-centred and collaborative approach, Jasmine supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional dysregulation, adjustment difficulties, PMDD, ADHD, spiritual or faith-based concerns, and relationship issues.
Jasmine is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where people from all walks of life feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her practice was born from a deep belief in the transformative power of therapy to help individuals break free from limiting mental patterns and lead more meaningful, joyful lives.
Outside of her professional work, Jasmine finds balance through time in nature, connecting with loved ones, and enjoying the company of her much-loved (and very therapeutic) Cavoodle, Milo.

Our Therapeutic Approach
